Please be informed that the DVA will be setting up a kiosk on campus (Sports Complex parking) for application and installation of the 2026 – 2027 DVA-CSA sticker starting Monday, June 8, 2026 until June 18, 2026. The kiosk will be open on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Price of the DVA sticker remains at Php3000. Kindly note that the 2025- 2026 DVA-CSA car sticker will only be valid until 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲).

2. Enter the following on your web browser: https://form.jotform.com/dvai/csastickers to start your application process. Please note that the link will only be active beginning May 11, 2026.
3. Documentary Requirements:
• Vehicle Certificate of Registration (CR) and latest Official Receipt (OR)
• For vehicles not registered under the name of the applicant, bring a certificate from the vehicle owner designating the vehicle to the sticker applicant.
Additional requirements:
• For parent(s), legal guardian(s): CSA Official Receipt of Student Registration/Enrollment
• For CSA Teachers/Staff: Valid CSA Teacher/Staff ID
• For School Service Operators: Valid Accreditation from CSA.
