Last August 4 and 5, 2026, our Junior High School students and CSA personnel participated in a seminar conducted by the Community Affairs Section of the PNP Makati Police Station and the SWAT at the CSA Theater.
The seminar revisited important provisions of the Anti-Bullying Act (RA 10627) and the Safe Spaces Act (RA 11313), while also orienting participants on Active Shooter Response Protocols. More than simply gaining knowledge, these sessions remind us of the importance of being vigilant, informed, and proactive in keeping our school community safe.
Building and sustaining a safe school is a shared responsibility. It requires the collective commitment of our students, teachers, personnel, administrators, parents, and the wider community. We likewise encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in knowing and understanding what their children experience, who they interact with, and how they can help create a culture of respect, awareness, and safety at home and in school.
Through continued education, preparedness, open communication, and shared responsibility, we can help make our schools safer spaces where every learner can learn, grow, and thrive. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.
