General Academic Strand Celebrated Tatak Agustino 2026

Tatak Agustino 2026: “Odyssey,” a flagship initiative of the General Academic Strand (GAS) of the Senior High School Area, was a meaningful celebration of the Augustinian spirit in action as the community came together for activities that blended creativity, leadership, and service.

One of its highlights was Pass It On: Tatak Rummage Sale, a four-day fundraising effort led by the Grade 12 Council, during which students donated excess household items, clothes, books, accessories, and other goods to be sold at subsidized prices to school personnel. Guided by the theme “Take what you need, the rest belongs to the poor,” the initiative emphasized stewardship and generosity, with proceeds dedicated to supporting scholars from the Baseco Compound community.

The event also featured Himig Agustino 2026, where Augustinian students showcased their musical talents through engaging performances for the High School community. The program culminated in an Outreach Activity in Baseco, which included a medical and dental mission, catechism and Augustinian formation sessions, and a community grocery sale. This outreach was made possible through the collaboration of CSA parent representatives, the Grade 11 and 12 councils and students, Grade 12 teachers with Mr. Emille Mogol as the Theology Teacher and Tatak Agustino Head, and Grade 12 Council Adviser Mrs. Toni Camille Vidal, together with the support of middle administrators and outreach representatives.

Through Tatak Agustino 2026, students experienced how learning, leadership, and faith come together in genuine service to others.
