Parents who will be paying credit card transactions (Citibank and Metrobank only) must fill up the online appointment form found in the Google link below. Please note that only 25 parents are allowed to transact within school premises a day. The available dates will be on a first come first serve basis. If the appointment form is no longer showing any date, it means it is completely booked.

2. Completely fill up all required information.
3. Choose a date you would like to reserve.
If there are no dates available in the options it means it is
completely booked.
4. Click Submit
5. You will receive an email for your appointment.
6. PLEASE PRINT OUT THE EMAIL AS YOU WILL NEED
TO SHOW THIS TO THE DVA GUARDS UPON ENTRY.

- Thermal scanning will be done in the village and school gates.
