Admissions Process

Fill-out the application form. Student Application Admission Form (SAAF)

Click submit button once accomplished.

A notification status will be sent to your registered email.
Telephone inquiries will not be entertained.

Scan required documents.

Upload the scanned documents via Google Form (link provided in the
notification status sent to your email). -
A confirmation email will be sent to proceed to STEP 3.

Pay the Admission Fee via DragonPay (link provided in the confirmation
email).
*Php 800.00 (Onsite Testing)
*Php 1,000.00 (Online Testing) -
Proof of payment transaction will be sent to your email.

Choose preferred test/ screening schedule through the Google Appointment
Form that will be provided. -
Testing details/ confirmation will be sent to your email.

Testing Proper
*For Onsite testing, bring test permit on your scheduled date and time.
* For ONLINE TESTING, a link for the actual testing will be sent. -
Wait for a notification regarding application status.

Read and sign the contract and other documents for digital submission.

The Pre-Enrollment Agreement Form (PEAF) will be sent for signing.

Pay reservation fee (non- refundable but deductible from tuition fee) either online or onsite.

Endorsement slip for enrollment will be issued. Be ready with the required documents for

Admissions Policy
As a Catholic school, CSA holds strongly on the Catholic faith and its practices which must be complied with. Thus, students and parents are expected to become actively involved or express full support espoused by the school.
As a school for student leaders, only students with satisfactory academic qualifications, of good moral standing and with socially acceptable conduct will be considered candidates for admission. In this regard, all student applicants/returnees, for K-11, should have a general average (GPA) of 85% and conduct grade not lower than B or its equivalent must be maintained.
As a Basic Education and Accredited School, CSA is managed and administered in accordance with relevant government policies and conforms with applicable national and international standards and regulations. In adherence to DepEd order no 47, series of 2016, the school strictly implements a cut-off age for incoming Nursery, Junior Kinder Senior Kinder and Grade 1 applicants. Also, for Grade 11 STEM strand, as per DepEd order no 55, series of 2016, there will be a required cut-off score. The Final Grade both in Science and Math in Grade 10 should be 85 and above. Learners should also have at least a percentile rank of 86 and above in the STEM subtest in the career assessment exam. The student’s acceptance/registration in the school, therefore, is considered an expression of his/her willingness to abide by all its rules and regulations.
Admission to CSA Makati is conditional. CSA reserves the right to refuse acceptance or re-admission to any student whose behavior and academic standing are found not in conformity with or do not meet the standards of the school. Students with special needs may apply provided an official certification from a specialist with the specific needs and intervention is submitted for proper accommodation.
