Admissions Process

Step 1 of 6

Step 1: Application Form

Fill out the Student Application Admission Form (SAAF) . Click submit once accomplished. A notification will be sent to your email.
Note: Telephone inquiries will not be entertained.

Step 2: Upload Documents

Scan and upload your documents via the Google Form link sent to your email. A confirmation will follow to proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Admission Fee

Pay via DragonPay (link sent in the confirmation email).
₱800 – Onsite
₱1,000 – Online
Proof of payment will be emailed to you.

Step 4: Schedule Test

Choose your test schedule via Google Appointment Form. Bring your test permit for onsite, or await the test link for online.
Note: Telephone inquiries will not be entertained.

Step 5: Application Status

Receive one of the following statuses:
a. Accepted: Issuance of Student Acceptance Contract (SAC)
b. Conditional: Interview + Conditional Acceptance Contract (CAC)
c. Not Accepted: End of admissions
Submit signed documents online.

Step 6: Pre-Enrollment

Sign the Pre-Enrollment Agreement Form (PEAF). Pay the reservation fee (online via DragonPay or onsite).
Get your endorsement slip and prepare for final enrollment via the Registrar’s Portal.
