Admission Guidelines & Policies
Our admission guidelines and policies for A.Y. 2026–2027 — everything you need to know before applying.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT (DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2025)
Senior Kinder: 5 years old on or before October 31. Children turning 5 between Nov. 1–Dec. 31 may still be admitted under certain conditions.
Grade 1: 6 years old on or before October 31. Must have completed Kindergarten with LRN from a DepEd-accredited school.
2. GRADE REQUIREMENTS
General Average (GPA) of at least 85%
Conduct grade not lower than B (or equivalent)
STEM (Grade 11): at least 82% final grade in both Science 10 and Math 10.
3. STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL LEARNING NEEDS
May be accommodated under certain conditions as determined by the Wellness Office.
4. APPLICATION AND SCREENING PROCESS
All applicants must undergo the full application and screening process without exception.
5. DOCUMENT POLICY
All credentials and documents submitted become the property of the CSA Makati Office of Admissions.
6. AUTHENTICITY OF DOCUMENTS
Parents and students must ensure all documents submitted are true and correct.
7. PROCESSING POLICY
Processing is on a first-come, first-served basis.
8. COMMUNICATION PROTOCOL
Only parents or legal guardians may send official communications. Representatives must present an authorization letter.
9. DATA PRIVACY AND CONSENT
By submitting an application, parents and guardians consent to the processing of personal, scholastic, and medical information for evaluation purposes.
10. CONFIDENTIALITY OF TEST RESULTS
Admission test results are confidential and form part of internal evaluation tools.
11. SCHOOL RIGHT TO VERIFY
The school may conduct inquiries with the applicant's current school or attending physician. All gathered information is treated with strict confidentiality.
12. DECLARATION OF COMMITMENT
Completing the admissions process signifies the applicant's and parent's willingness to abide by all CSA rules and regulations.
