Dr. Cruzado tackled the 3 components of having a healthy sense of self: self-awareness, self-esteem and a clear sense of purpose. These three components are essential pillars of personal growth and well-being. Self-awareness helps individuals understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, allowing for better decision-making and emotional regulation. High self-esteem fosters confidence and resilience, enabling people to face challenges with a positive mindset, while a clear sense of purpose provides direction and motivation, guiding actions toward meaningful goals.
