Introduction to the CSA Inclusion Policy (excerpt from policy)
Our Inclusion Policy is grounded in the belief that every student has the right to access an equitable, supportive, and nurturing educational environment. This policy reflects our commitment to providing all learners, regardless of their individual differences, with the opportunities and resources they need to succeed. Embracing diversity in all its forms—whether it be academic, cultural, physical, emotional, or social—we recognize that each student brings unique strengths and perspectives that enrich our community.
Guided by the principles of respect, equity, and inclusion, this policy ensures that all students are valued and empowered to reach their full potential. In line with both our Augustinian values of love, service, and community, as well as the International Baccalaureate (IB) mission, we are dedicated to fostering an environment where inclusion is not just a practice but a fundamental aspect of our school’s ethos, supporting every learner’s journey toward academic, social, and personal growth.
