RE: ISSUANCE OF DVA-CSA STICKERS FOR AY 2025 – 2026
Please be informed that the DVA will be setting up a kiosk on campus (Sports Complex parking) for application and installation of the 2025 – 2026 DVA sticker starting Monday, June 9, 2025. Price of the DVA sticker remains at Php3000. Kindly note that the 2024 – 2025 sticker will only be valid until July 15, 2025.
Procedure:
1. Visit the DVA website at www.dva.org.ph
2. Click stickers and choose the CSA Stickers Application Form. Online application will start on June 2, 2025.
3. Click DVA-CSA Vehicle Stickers issuance Guidelines for up-to-date guidelines.
4. Click on the button to agree to the guidelines. This will take you to the online application form.
5. Fill out the online application form and submit.
6. You will receive an email confirmation after submission.
7. Documentary requirements:
* Vehicle Certificate of Registration (CR) and latest Official
Receipt (OR)
* If Or/CR are not yet available, submit the car’s Sales Invoice and
Delivery receipt.
* For vehicles not registered under the name of the applicant,
bring a certificate from the vehicle owner designating the
vehicle to the sticker applicant
Additional requirements:
* For Parent(s)/Legal Guardian(s): CSA Official Receipt of Student Registration
* For CSA Teachers/Staff: Valid CSA Teacher/Staff ID
* For School Service Operators: Valid Accreditation from CSA
